Development of Business Processes - LIVE NOW!

Presented by Darren Leiser. CPD Hours/Points: 2.5

Course Description

This course investigates what a business process involves and the whole process of Business Process Management (BPM). This involves the IT and human resource systems within an organisation fitting together as perfectly as possible to reduce inefficiencies in business processes. Many organisations have used BPM techniques to speed up their time to market, drive down costs and improve customer satisfaction.

The business process is discussed along with the benefits of BPM and the BPM life cycle. The course concludes by looking at those traits of organisations that have successfully adopted BPM and discovers that they have certain critical success factors in common.

This course is suitable for accountants in private practice, advising clients on their budgeting and is also suitable for accountants working in a commercial environment.
