Course Description
This course examines in some detail the valuation and exit strategy of a vendor company that is not in a distressed sale situation. It will however, by contrast also examine the sale and valuation of a business that is in a distressed state. The valuation methods most commonly used are examined and alternative valuation methods are also considered. The most common exit strategies for both, non - distressed and distressed businesses are dealt with.

About the Presenter
Paul Harris is a solicitor and previous Regional Chairman of R3 with extensive insolvency experience having worked in this area for over 18 years during which he has advised on the insolvency of a significant number of professional football clubs, the rescue of numerous manufacturing companies, pursuing directors for misfeasance and defending directors in disqualification proceedings. As well as his position as head of Insolvency at his current law firm, he also leads a Retail Restructuring Unit.
