Course Description
The course will examine why fraud is an important matter tounderstand. It will discuss just whatconstitutes fraud, and therefore how to avoid or prevent it. It will also look at what to do in the eventof discovering fraud. The course alsogives an explanation of the Bribery Act 2010.

ANDREW PETER DONALDSONBA (Hons) ACA FRSA
Andrew is an Associateof the Institute of Chartered Accountants and an Associate Director in theForensic Accounting Department of RSM Tenon. He qualified as a Chartered Accountantwith KPMG and has been involved in fraud investigation since 1992, He is anexperienced expert witness on accounting matters, with an emphasis on casesinvolving white collar crime, working with government departments, the policeand for company directors. He is a director of the Midlands Fraud Forum.
