Course Description

The course will cover Distance Selling including e-commerce and commercial distance transactions, Intellectual Property, Subjectmatter of the contract including a particular examination of Unfair Contract Terms.  There will be an analysis of defective goodsand guarantees and warranties.  Thecourse will also consider Bankers’ Commercial Credits and various aspects of Export Sales.
